Improving employability focuses on developing the skill deficient unemployed individuals to become a skilled one. Our Skill development initiatives aims to improve their working capabilities, willingness to work and provide them the access to opportunities that matches their skill levels.

Trimentus has partnered with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu under various government skills development scheme to source unemployed youth and provide them with employable skills. In addition, our skill development programs focus on promoting sustainable employability, increasing the adaptability of work in an organization or develop new entrepreneurship ventures for individuals.
